Is anyone else getting this message when trying to download something?

The reason I ask is because I am a wincustomize subscriber, have the subscription, object desktop, etc. and shouldn't be recieving this message.

Must of been a little glitch. I closed stardock browser and re-opened it and now it's working. Thanks BoXXi for your input and trying to help. Appreciate!
